  6. Stable Technical Graphs is NOT a public domain program.  It is Copyright
  7. (c) 1990-1996 by WINTERRA Software Group, Inc.  All Rights Reserved.

  9. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by United
  10. States Copyright law and also by International Treaty provisions.  Any
  11. use of this software in violation of Copyright law or the terms of this
  12. limited license will be prosecuted to the best of our ability.  The
  13. conditions under which you may copy this software and documentation are
  14. clearly outlined below under "Distribution Restrictions".

  16. WINTERRA Software Group, Inc. hereby grants you a limited license to use
  17. software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty (30)
  18. days.  If you intend to continue using this software after this thirty
  19. day evaluation period, you MUST register as a licensed user and forward
  20. payment to WINTERRA Software Group, Inc.

  22. Using this software after the thirty (30) day evaluation period, without
  23. registering the software, is a violation of the terms of this limited
  24. license.

  29. Limited Distribution License
  30. ============================
  31. As the copyright holder for Stable Technical Graphs, WINTERRA Software
  32. Group, Inc. authorizes that the following may distribute the evaluation
  33. version of Stable Technical Graphs, completely unaltered, without further
  34. permission;
  35.  
  36.    o  Individual users (for non-commercial use).
  37.    o  BBS sysops.
  38.    o  ASP vendors in good standing.
  39.  
  40. For all other cases or to distribute in modified form, you must satisfy
  41. all of the distribution requirements expressed by the following:

  43.    o  The Stable Technical Graphs package is defined as containing all
  44.    the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any of the
  45.    files listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file
  46.    itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  47.    distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a complete
  48.    package suitable for distribution.

  50.    o  All of the original files identified in PACKING.LST must be
  51.    included unchanged in any distribution of Stable Technical Graphs.
  52.  
  53.    o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the Stable
  54.    Technical Graphs package.  A distribution fee however may be charged
  55.    as long as the total does not exceed US$10.00.
  56.  
  57.    o  Permission to distribute the Stable Technical Graphs package is
  58.    not transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor
  59.    wishing to distribute the package must independently satisfy the
  60.    terms of this limited distribution license.

  62.    o  The PRINTED Evaluation Reference Guide may not be reproduced in
  63.    whole or in part, using any means, without the written permission of
  64.    WINTERRA Software Group, Inc.  In other words, the disk-based
  65.    documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED (hardcopy) form.

  67.    o  You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs,
  68.    or other literature which describes our products as "FREE SOFTWARE".
  69.    Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free.
  70.    Therefore, your literature must clearly state that our products are
  71.    for user evaluation only, and are not free software.

  73.    o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  74.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  75.    licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such
  76.    unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
  77.    of this license.

  79.    o  WINTERRA Software Group, Inc. reserves the right to limit or stop
  80.    the offering and sale of Stable Technical Graphs at any time, for any
  81.    reason.

  83. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  84. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  85. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  86. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
  87. the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  88. 252.327-7013 (DFARS 52.327-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is

  92. notifying you in writing.  All rights not expressly granted here are
